NICE TO HAVE:

  • Good verbal and communication skills and ability to interact with Architects and Clients.

  • Collaboration with business stakeholders towards timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide correct estimation of tasks and report status.
  • Contribute to growth and skill development of the team through strong interactions and a commitment to quality.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, the candidate would:
  • Supervise operational and developmental activities for ServiceNow IT services and projects.
  • Implement OOTB or customized features in the ServiceNow environment.
  • Coordinate with application and other support teams for finalizing design, preparing implementation and cutover plans, configuring CyberArk with various tools, and troubleshoot issues to complete work on time.
  • Prepare detailed requirements, design, technical documentation, SOPs, and user training manuals.
  • Perform extensive study of online documentation for ServiceNow to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
  • Lead and guide a team of junior ServiceNow analysts to perform the required tasks.
  • Provide correct status and timeline for completion of tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB
