Tomlinson is currently seeking an AI Program Manager to join our team. The AI Program Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and advancing our AI initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of AI-driven solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on management of AI initiatives, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate the in-depth review and prioritization of AI use cases.
  • Drive the adoption and maturity of AI products across the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including technical SMEs, specialists, users, vendors, and management, to enable AI capabilities.
  • Track program progress and performance metrics, addressing potential roadblocks and ensuring resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects meet highest quality standards and contribute to overall program goals.
  • Lead the AI life cycle from ideation to deployment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies that align with clients' goals, mission, and vision. Embed risk management frameworks into the AI lifecycle to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and source necessary data sets, define and implement the AI/ML roadmap, and align initiatives with business goals.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present project updates to leadership.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technology innovations, and AI regulatory requirements. Ensure all AI solutions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage external vendors and partners involved in program execution.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Provide guidance and support to help team members in delivery and achieve their career goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical field, with a focus on AI, or emerging technologies.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional management experience in data and AI, with a primary focus on responsible AI, data & AI risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of Program Management techniques, including Agile methodologies.
  • Structured problem-solving skills and logical thinking, as well as ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
  • Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and driving AI/ML program objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and manage program plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Experience in risk management and continuous improvement of development processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
