Channel Partner Program Manager

We have a rewarding opportunity for a Channel Partner Program Manager to join our world class organization.
As our Channel Partner Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our company's channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth. You will work closely with our partners to understand their needs, provide them with necessary resources and support as well as collaborate on marketing and sales strategies to achieve mutual goals. Your role, in accordance with any contractual requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines, will involve managing multiple partner relationships, managing new partnership opportunities, and ensuring the overall success of our channel partner program.

- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing channel partners, serving as the main point of contact for all partner-related inquiries, issues, and opportunities.
- Partner Enablement: Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing) to provide partners with the enablement tools, training, and resources necessary to effectively sell and support our products or services.
- Program and Strategic Planning: Work with internal stakeholders (primarily Sales with support from Marketing and the Business Units) to develop and execute individual Program Plans for each channel partner to promote accountability and growth.
- Program Management: This role has a program management responsibility for tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner and Curtiss-Wright performance against agreed-upon obligations, targets and KPIs identified in the Program Plans.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on partner performance, sales activities, and market trends. Present findings to senior management and make recommendations for future initiatives.
- Program Development: Participate in the implementation of the CWDS Channel Partner Program and measure program effectiveness.
- Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts or challenges within the channel promptly and maintain a positive working relationship between the internal stakeholders and the channel partners.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in channel partner management, sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
