Responsibilities:

  1. Service Scheduling: Coordinate service requests from clients and schedule appointments for technicians based on availability and urgency.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or related field preferred
  2. High school diploma or equivalent
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and scheduling software (NetSuite)
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
