Lock Search Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Physiotherapist to join our client’s dynamic and busy practice. Open to both full-time and part-time Physiotherapists.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide client-focused 1-on-1 treatment sessions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team in a supportive environment to deliver comprehensive care
  • Participate in biweekly in-service and education sessions to stay updated with the latest practices and techniques
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients' progress and treatment plans
  • Assist in managing and growing your caseload through effective marketing and client engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards in BC


JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
  • Licensed to practice as a Physiotherapist in British Columbia (CPTBC registration)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Experience with private insurers, ICBC, WSBC, and managing related documentation is an asset
