As a Business Analyst in the close-knit development team, your industry knowledge, experience, and ideas will help us take Qbyte CS land to the next level. You will have a major impact on the products' continued success in the market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively share business knowledge and experience with the team
- Contribute to the quality and standards of the product
- Requirements gathering; write user stories and use cases
- Review and provide business acceptance of application changes and enhancements
- Assist the team in accomplishing the agreed-upon team goals
- Develop and maintain product/project documentation
- Facilitate problem resolution for internal and external customers/stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years' experience within the Canadian Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum of 5+ years of Qbyte CS Land application experience
- Knowledge of current industry initiatives and trends
- Experience writing business processes and other documentation
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
