Responsibilities- Work in collaboration with leadership to deliver on Human Capital priorities
- Contribute to the strategy, planning and execution of initiatives related to recruitment, team member advocacy, social media, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Research best practices, trends, and digital tools to amplify MNP’s talent brand
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to increase efficiency
- Apply strong writing skills to create communications or documents for various audiences
- Leverage graphic design skills to produce engaging materials
- Keep current with the latest design trends and evolve materials as needed
- Enhance the visibility of MNP's talent brand
- Guide the review, approval, and translation process
- Review finalized materials to ensure no errors
- Co-manage content for MNP’s social media accounts
- Actively engage with and respond to individuals who interact with MNP through questions, comments, or reviews on social media platforms
- Post-secondary education and accreditation with a Marketing, Design or Communications specialty
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of marketing and communications experience
- Minimum 1 to 2 years leading a team
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop, skills
- Working knowledge of Canva is considered an asset
- Comprehensive experience with major social media platforms
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Self-disciplined with experience working with remote teams
- Desire to collaborate and make an impact in a growing organization
