Responsibilities
  1. Work in collaboration with leadership to deliver on Human Capital priorities
  2. Contribute to the strategy, planning and execution of initiatives related to recruitment, team member advocacy, social media, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  3. Research best practices, trends, and digital tools to amplify MNP’s talent brand
  4. Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to increase efficiency
  5. Apply strong writing skills to create communications or documents for various audiences
  6. Leverage graphic design skills to produce engaging materials
  7. Keep current with the latest design trends and evolve materials as needed
  8. Enhance the visibility of MNP's talent brand
  9. Guide the review, approval, and translation process
  10. Review finalized materials to ensure no errors
  11. Co-manage content for MNP’s social media accounts
  12. Actively engage with and respond to individuals who interact with MNP through questions, comments, or reviews on social media platforms
Skills and Experience
  1. Post-secondary education and accreditation with a Marketing, Design or Communications specialty
  2. Minimum 2 to 5 years of marketing and communications experience
  3. Minimum 1 to 2 years leading a team
  4. Advanced Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop, skills
  5. Working knowledge of Canva is considered an asset
  6. Comprehensive experience with major social media platforms
  7. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  8. Self-disciplined with experience working with remote teams
  9. Desire to collaborate and make an impact in a growing organization
