Are you seeking PART TIME work? I’m currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our nonprofit sector client that works with youth mental health and addiction. This is a contract starting ASAP for 4-6 months. This is fully remote. PART TIME HOURS – approximately 15 hours per week (during business hours).

Seeking an Administrative professional that is comfortable running their own schedule but also being able to prioritize around Board meetings and Board availability. The main focus will be supporting the Board of Directors and managing a busy calendar for an Executive Director.


The ideal candidate will only have part time availability.


Duties:

  • Provides administrative support to the Executive Director as well as members of its Board of Directors and Board committees and other key stakeholders.
  • Coordination of travel arrangements, expense reports, invoice processing, budget tracking and credit card statement reconciliations
  • Prepare meeting minutes and other documents that support formal and information communication.
  • Support the development and/or review of contracts and letters of agreement, and management of the contractor relationship to ensure contract completion and payment that is on time and on budget.

Requirements:

-Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an executive administrative professional in a fast-paced environment

-Must have experience supporting a Board of Directors

-Office Administration or other College or University diploma OR relevant combination of education, training and experience

-Experience with relationship management is key

-Strong writing and communication skills
