Responsibilities:

  • Act as the “conductor” of the account, ensuring each team member is deployed effectively and achieving objectives
  • Always maintain a global understanding of the entirety of the program while retaining the ability to deep-dive into an individual area to provide assistance, recommendations, and input as needed
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to SMEs in development of programs to meet campaign objectives
  • Be able to analyze large sets of performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations on a strategic, holistic level
  • Act as the escalation point for internal account teams and client contacts, and be the subject matter partner to DAC’s senior account team members
  • Develop standardized processes for (and assist, where necessary) campaign planning, keyword research, bid optimization, budget management, ad copy revision for large campaigns, and enforce uptake/follow-through
  • Identify new ways to scale campaign creation and management effectively (e.g. accounts with several thousand individual campaigns as part of the whole), including a focus on automation and AI
  • Track, measure, and report on program health across the larger media team and report to senior leadership both internally and within the client’s organization
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of digital media, with a strong focus on paid search
