About the Role

We are excited to recruit top-performing wholesalers who thrive on building territory momentum. The ideal candidates will have high energy, excellent communication skills, and the organizational prowess to manage a demanding yet rewarding role. Successful candidates will demonstrate the stamina to run a marathon and the agility to sprint within it, engaging with both accredited investors and hedge fund managers and financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive sales calls, meetings, and campaigns to promote product offerings to financial advisors and investors.
  • Raise and retain assets under management within a geographic territory through proactive phone calls, and in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to promote private equity investment offerings and competitive advantages.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan and sales approach.
  • Enhance industry and product knowledge to effectively communicate and build credibility.
  • Maintain accurate records within Salesforce, including daily call activities and advisor information.
  • Stay informed on market, advisor, and investor trends.
  • Collaborate closely with other Distribution Team members to support overall efforts.
  • Achieve set activity targets.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of wholesaling experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in private equity, alternative investments, equity trading, and/or wealth management.
  • Knowledge or experience in securing product selling agreements with Broker/Dealers and RIAs is a plus.
  • Highly motivated with strong relationship-building and sales skills.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Passionate about growth and success.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active licenses and registrations with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA).
  • Eligibility to travel between the US and Canada for meetings as needed.
  • Criminal Record Check and Credit Check required.
