MTL campus is preferred/ Bilingual is required

Hybrid model, 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and 2 days from home

Day to day - Our team is developing training programs and support material to educate leaders and team members in addressing mental health in the workplace. We leverage key internal metrics to determine what types of program/resource is needed and we work as a team to build those. We do a lot of training/reading as well to stay educated and aware of what is being done externally, making sure we are offering the most complete/updated program to our employees.
