In order to meet the needs of its customers in the IT sector, FOP EXPERTS CONSEILS is looking for IT project managers who are motivated to carry out mandates. The main tasks would be to coordinate the various stages of the project lifecycle (technology solution implementation projects) to be carried out at customer sites, to ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met, and to participate in various continuous improvement projects for IT processes and systems.

Main responsibilities:

Without limitation, the main tasks involve:

  • Manage projects related to the implementation of technological solutions;
  • Define scope, participate in budget development, plan timelines;
  • Monitor the deployment of solutions by implementing follow-up using agile and conventional methodologies;
  • Identify and coordinate the allocation of IT resources and execute activities;
  • Ensure that stakeholders understand the objectives and methodological framework of the IT project, the deliverables at stake, and that customer expectations are met;
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are completed on time;
  • Communicate regularly with senior management on progress;
  • Produce periodic reports and metrics in order to disseminate information and maintain visibility on the elements surrounding the implementation of the technological solution;
  • Mediate when necessary to resolve conflicts between project members.
  • Act as an expert in all phases of the project.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, administration (information technology), information systems management or other related discipline;
  • 3 (three) to 10 (ten) years' experience in the IT field;
  • At least 03 years' experience in managing technology solution projects;
  • Diploma, certificate or attestation in project management (an asset).
  • Relevant experience in agile and conventional project management methodology;
  • Good knowledge of technological systems (Microsoft Windows, Linux, etc.)
  • Knowledge of database management systems and programming languages;
  • Excellent command of the MS Office suite;
  • Good communication and writing skills in French and English;
  • Mobility (an asset).
