Key Responsibilities


  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact for executive communications, drafting professional emails, managing correspondence, and ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on key action items.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline administrative processes, maintain organized records, and oversee the timely completion of executive priorities.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Team Liaison: Facilitate communication and collaboration between executives and team members, clients, and external stakeholders.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
