Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic.
Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including audience segmentation, email creation, deployment, and reporting.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and data teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and customer insights.
Maintain and manage the customer database within Adobe Campaign Classic, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized messaging across various channels.
Perform data imports, ETL processes, and data enrichment activities to enhance campaign targeting.
Set up and manage automated workflows, recurring campaigns, and triggered communications.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, metrics analysis, and customer feedback.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for campaign management.
Integrate Adobe Campaign Classic with other marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager) and third-party platforms.
Work closely with IT and data teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth data flows and platform performance.
Provide training and support to internal teams on Adobe Campaign Classic functionalities and capabilities.
Generate detailed campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Analyze campaign data to understand customer behavior and inform future marketing strategies.
Present findings to stakeholders, offering actionable insights for improving engagement and ROI.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
5+ years of experience working with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) in a similar role.
Hands-on experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong background in database management, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
• Skills:
Proficient in using Adobe Campaign Classic for campaign management and automation.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Excellent analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
