  4. Assist clients/guests with special needs
  5. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
  6. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  7. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  8. Monitor quality and production levels
  9. Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items
  10. Prepare and submit progress and other reports
  11. Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
