Nail Salon Team Lead

P&M Cure Nails is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Supervise and Train: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Client Focus: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operations Management: Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items.
- Reporting and Requisition: Prepare and submit progress and other reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, and work term: permanent.
