Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at NICE ONE NAILS. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians and other salon staff
  • Ensure the salon is clean and well-maintained, with a focus on maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and requisitioning materials as needed
  • Prepare and submit reports on salon performance and productivity
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to staff on nail care and other salon-related matters
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a salon or spa environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
