Our public sector client is seeking an Int. Trainer to lead requirement gathering, training sessions, and training documentation for a Workday (HCM/Payroll) Implementation


Location: Ajax (Hybrid - 1 day per week on-site)

Duration: 9 month contract (October 2024 - June 2025)

Hours: 7 hours per day (part time options available)



Must Have Skills:

  • Experience with large ERP or HCM system training experience (preferably Workday system functionalities in HCM and Payroll modules)
  • Experience conducting effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure users are well-equipped to use the Workday system
  • Ability to create comprehensive training documentation, including user guides, SharePoint sites, videos, process diagrams, and FAQs, tailored for different user groups.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels to solicit feedback on training and documentation, and gather requirements as required.
  • Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into user-friendly training content.
  • Experience coordinating project tasks and timelines, ensuring that all training sessions and materials are prepared in alignment with the project milestones.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in planning, executing, and assisting with test cycles, including system, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the Workday implementation meets the required standards


Nice to Have Skills:

  • Business Analysis or Project Management knowledge
