What You'll Be Doing (Overview)

As the main bookkeeper you will be responsible for building and assisting your own bookkeeping and corporate clients to manage and service. Regular meetings and discussions with department heads will be scheduled to discuss opportunities and goals for the office. You will be responsible for staying aware of industry updates and changes, as well as updates and requirements for new software.

  • Experience with payroll

  • Minimum 3-years experience in a bookkeeping role
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Working toward CPA (not mandatory but will be seen as an asset)

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30pm, Fridays 8:30am to 3pm. Lunch is paid 12:30pm to 1:30pm. Hours can vary based on business demand levels.

Hourly wage: $25/hr to start
