Relevant directement de la présidente-directrice générale,le ou la directeur.rice de l’impact à la Fondation Rideau Hall (FRH)supervise le développement stratégique et la mise en œuvre exemplairede tous les programmes, en veillant à ce que ceux-ci soient conformesà la vision et à la stratégie de la FRH. Cette personne établit etmaintient des relations efficaces avec les divers intervenants,notamment avec l’équipe de la haute direction, le conseild’administration, les comités, les partenaires et les bailleurs defonds. Dotée d’une expérience éprouvée en matière de soutien auxéquipes de direction performantes, elle génère des résultatspercutants d’un bout à l’autre du pays. Le ou la directeur.trice del’impact contribue à garantir que l’ensemble de la FRH est encore plusgrand que la somme de ses parties extraordinaires, tout en favorisantune culture de soutien et d’inclusion, et en manifestant sonengagement envers une qualité supérieure, la transparence et laresponsabilité.

À titre de directeur.trice de l’impact, vousêtes une personne dotée d’un sens exceptionnel de la communication etd’une expérience de la direction de programmes et d’équipes à grandeéchelle. Vous fournissez des avis éclairés et vous vous engagez à êtreun partenaire hautement fiable et apprécié de la présidente-directricegénérale et de l’équipe de la haute direction. Vous abordez votretravail sous l’angle de l’équité et vous vous engagez en faveur de ladiversité, de l’inclusion et de l’appartenance. Vous avez une bonnecompréhension des peuples et des cultures autochtones, et la capacitéavérée de nouer des relations respectueuses. Votre compréhension de ladynamique du secteur caritatif canadien ainsi que de la façon decollaborer avec succès avec les différents niveaux de gouvernement envue d’un impact partagé s’avère essentielle.
