Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our agency, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and production teams to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Prepare project proposals, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress against milestones.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review project status, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, offering strategic insights to clients.
  • Ensure all communication, reporting, and documentation are accurate and timely.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role in the marketing industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, trends, and tools is a plus.
