Job Title: PPC Specialist (Full-Time, Hybrid)

Role Description: We're on the lookout for a driven PPC Specialist to amplify our online presence. Your role will involve:
- Managing and refining Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and Twitter Ads.
- Diligently monitoring and reporting on ad spend and performance across these platforms.
- Expertly handling Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager for insightful data analysis.
- Collaborating with diverse teams to maintain a cohesive brand image.
- Employing data-driven methods to perpetually optimize our online campaigns.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will exhibit:
- Mastery in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and Twitter Ads.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in SEM and PPC advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- A solid track record in digital marketing, with a focus on ad management and analytics.
- A robust understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.
- An analytical mindset for interpreting data and market trends.
- Experience in content creation and management.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum +4 years of Canadian Experience
- Toronto-based, available full-time on-site in the office (York Ville).
