We’re looking for an innovative Software Product Owner to help us grow. As a Product Owner, you will maximize the value of the software products developed by ZIRO’s Software Engineering Team.

What you will do

  • Ensure user stories are well-defined, clear, and detailed enough for the software development team to work on.
  • Software designs are well thought out and meet general UI/UX best practices.
  • Translate complex customer problems and concepts into actionable product requirements.
  • Continuously prioritize the dev backlog to ensure it aligns with the product roadmap and customer needs and priorities.
  • Engage with stakeholders (customers, business leaders, and other interested parties) to gather requirements and feedback and validate the product vision and roadmap.
  • Manage and communicate expectations regarding what the development team can deliver and by when.
  • Establish clear acceptance criteria for each user story to ensure the development team understands the requirements for the item to be considered complete.
  • Review and accept or reject completed stories based on whether they meet the predefined acceptance criteria and customer requirements.
  • Continuously gather and incorporate customer feedback to ensure the product meets their needs and expectations.
  • Monitors market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to ensure the product remains relevant and competitive.


What you need to do it

  • Experience. You have 3-5 years of experience in a product owner or manager role for a software product.
  • Education. You hold a degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Expertise. You have basic knowledge of Web Application Development (HTML, RESTful, APIs), an understanding of UX/UI components/principles and design practice. You are familiar with Scrum/Kanban Process.
  • Independence. You can learn new concepts quickly and teach yourself skills.
  • Communication. You enjoy working on a team and are a strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Organization. You manage your time wisely and plan to accomplish your tasks on time.
  • Humility. You are open to feedback and coaching from management and team members.
  • Bonus. You have familiarity with Microsoft Azure, EntraID or Teams. You have familiarity with telephony or Unified Communications.

C'est vous

  • Veiller à ce que les récits des utilisateurs soient bien définis, clairs et suffisamment détaillés pour que l'équipe de développement du logiciel puisse travailler dessus.
  • Les conceptions logicielles sont bien pensées et respectent les meilleures pratiques générales en matière d'interface utilisateur et d'interface utilisateur.
  • Traduire les problèmes et concepts complexes des clients en exigences de produits exploitables.
  • Les projets de développement sont continuellement priorisés afin de s'assurer qu'ils sont alignés avec la feuille de route du produit et les besoins et priorités des clients.
  • S'engager avec les parties prenantes (clients, chefs d'entreprise et autres parties intéressées) pour recueillir les exigences et les commentaires et valider la vision et la feuille de route du produit.
  • Gérer et communiquer les attentes concernant ce que l'équipe de développement peut fournir et dans quels délais.
  • Établir des critères d'acceptation clairs pour chaque histoire d'utilisateur afin de s'assurer que l'équipe de développement comprend les exigences pour que l'élément soit considéré comme terminé.
  • Examiner et accepter ou rejeter les histoires terminées en fonction de leur conformité aux critères d'acceptation prédéfinis et aux exigences du client.
  • Recueillir et intégrer en permanence les réactions des clients afin de s'assurer que le produit répond à leurs besoins et à leurs attentes.
  • Suivre les tendances du marché, les besoins des clients et les produits concurrents pour s'assurer que le produit reste pertinent et compétitif.



Ce qu'il faut faire

  • Expérience. Vous avez 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de Chef de Produit Logiciel ou de manager pour un produit logiciel.
  • Formation. Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en commerce, en informatique ou en ingénierie.
  • Expertise. Vous avez une connaissance de base du développement d'applications web (HTML, RESTful, APIs), une compréhension des composants/principes UX/UI et des pratiques de conception. Vous êtes familier avec le processus Scrum/Kanban.
  • Autonomie. Vous pouvez apprendre de nouveaux concepts rapidement et acquérir des compétences par vous-même.
  • Communication. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous êtes un bon communicateur, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Organisation. Vous gérez votre temps judicieusement et planifiez vos tâches dans les délais impartis.
  • Humilité. Vous êtes ouvert aux commentaires et au coaching de la direction et des membres de l'équipe.
  • Bonus. Vous êtes familier avec Microsoft Azure, EntraID ou Teams. Vous êtes familier avec la téléphonie ou les communications unifiées.
