Skills and Responsibilities:
•Analyzing and optimizing the performance of the Work Fusion platform within an organization.
•Configuring and maintaining the UiPath Bots/ WF hubs/servers and machine learning models that drive automation on the platform.
•Working on platform setup for migration projects including WF9 to WF10.
•Checking on vulnerabilities and helping to resolve those.
•Responsible for day-to-day BAU activities to check application access, firewalls, alias, quota setup etc.
•Responsible for working on assigned JIRA tasks involving updates on CT, servers, setting up new hub/node setups, managing VDIs and many more such tasks.
•Working with WF/UiPath vendor to overcome technical challenges and building POCs.
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate the platform with other systems and workflows.
•Providing insights and reports on the automation processes, identifying areas for improvement.
•Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and maintaining the security of the automation system.
•Training and supporting end-users in effectively utilizing the platform for their specific needs. List of skills that are commonly required for RPA Platform Support:
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in Work Fusion tools and understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) principles.
•Understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, assistant, and platform architecture principles.
•Knowledge of cloud-based setup, services and challenges.
•Experience with AI and machine learning concepts, as they relate to process automation.
•Knowledge of data analysis and workflow design.
•Knowledge of basic Unix and Linux.
•Familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python could be beneficial.
•Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and optimize automated processes.
•Capability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
•Skill in data interpretation and making data-driven decisions.
•Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills.
