Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Heavy Civil Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in construction projects, from inception to completion. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of heavy civil construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
  • Proven experience working on construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
