Job Summary

Our superb Montreal office is looking for a special person for a Manager position to join the Assurance & Accounting team conveniently located off Décarie right across from the Namur metro station where this candidate shall be expected to own the following responsibilities:


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Efficiently prepare year-end engagements and tax returns for your clients in a variety of industries
  • Perform audits and reviews on a variety of organizations, prepare working papers and financial statements per regulatory standards
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to request and suggestions
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis
  • Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of your team


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • You have completed your CPA designation.
  • At least 4 years of experience in general or tax accounting
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks, Caseware/Caseview, Taxprep or DTMax, Excel
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
  • Solid communication skills (oral and written) in English and French

Notre superbe bureau de Montréal est à la recherche d'une personne spéciale pour un poste de directeur pour joindre notre équipe en Certification et comptabilité idéalement située près de l’autoroute Décarie, à 2 pas de la station de métro Namur, où le candidat retenu devra s’acquitter des responsabilités suivantes:


Responsabilités et fonctions

  • préparer efficacement des missions et des déclarations de revenus de fin d’exercice pour des clients de secteurs divers;
  • effectuer les audits et préparer des documents de travail et des états financiers conformément aux normes réglementaires;
  • développer des relations de travail positives avec les clients et répondre efficacement aux demandes et suggestions;
  • participer à l’élaboration d’initiatives et cerner de nouvelles occasions d’affaires auprès des clients existants;
  • communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe en ce qui concerne les bilans des progrès et les problèmes relevés sur une base régulière;
  • participer à la formation du personnel et s’investir dans le perfectionnement professionnel de l’équipe.


Expérience, compétences et qualifications requises

  • Titre de CPA
  • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience en comptabilité général ou fiscal
  • Bonne connaissance de Quickbooks, Caseware/Caseview, Taxprep, Excel
  • Bonne compétence en résolution de problèmes et en analyse
  • Capacité à bien travailler dans un environnement axé sur l'équipe
  • Aptitudes de communications (oral et écrit) en français et en anglais
