Responsibilities:


Performs initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. Testing specialists will work with technology project managers, UAT professionals and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach.

• Manages IT Quality functional area

• Resolves complex and highly variable issues.

• Analyzes trends at an organizational level to improve processes; follows and analyzes industry trends.

• Develops and designs standards and procedures; ensures that they are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.

• Manages organizational process change.

• Ensures consistency and quality of processes across the organization. Exhibits in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.

• Requires in-depth understanding of how own area integrates within IT Quality and has basic commercial awareness.

• Collaborates with local and global stakeholders like QA team, production support team, Dev team etc. to ensure project stability and productivity.

• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

• Handle END to END testing and coordinating with different stakeholders and downstream.


• Qualifications:

• 6+ years IT Testing experience required

• 6+ years hands-on knowledge of Testing & QA practices, Quality Engineering principles, and tool-sets

• Proven track record in successful automation testing on multiple projects

• Hands on experience with developing and maintaining Automation Frameworks, along with strong understanding of automation tools and best practices

• Experience using QA Automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber BDD for both UI & API Automation using Java.

• Strong knowledge of SQL

• Experienced with agile software testing

• Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence

• Good understanding of DevOps concepts and how it intersects with QA

• Hands-on experience on UNIX Commands

• Good to Have knowledge on OTC Products Clearing.
