DIRECTOR, ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE

TO LEAD/SHAPE THE DIRECTION OF THE ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE ORGANIZATION IN TRANSFORMATION/MODERNIZATION JOURNEY

YOU ARE:

An accomplished director, enterprise-level strategist that has a successful track record delivering high complexity and risk initiatives.

A collaborative leader, able to partner/build credibility, foster and sustain global relationships, balance various viewpoints…facilitate change thru positive influence.

Visionary out-of-the-box thinker with focus on business outcomes, ability to define /communicate strategic vision.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As the Director of Architecture, you will establish strategy /roadmap managing process, architecture review, governance, and execution.

Create the value proposition, communicate/educate …promote the business value of EA.

Collaborate/mentor a team of high performing Enterprise Architects, Solution /Application Architects, working closely with cloud Architects, Security Architects, and key stakeholder.

YOUR TECHNOLOGY EXPERTISE

Knowledge of, software as a service (SaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics.

Familiarity with information management practices. SDLC, ITSM, agile methodologies, ITIL frameworks. Deep/expert knowledge of data management and ETL platforms

Understanding of cloud based architectural patterns/ solutions at an enterprise level.

Cloud Native, Microservices and APIs, Reactive Systems, Analytics & Streaming Pipelines, DevOps – CI/CD

Evaluate current Architecture (renovating the core of the IT landscape, ensuring efficiency) and future state (business and operating model design, technology innovation,)

Expertise in managing nearshore/offshore resources, Data, Integrations, Development and Architecture teams.
