Expert training: Over 8 weeks, we'll equip you with the training needed to master Business Central and help you prepare for taking the Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate certification exam (MB-820). Your new role:

You’ll join a Microsoft Partner from day one, for a permanent full-time role as a Business Central Developer. This way, as you learn and develop, you’ll be able to apply your skills directly on the job.


Your day-to-day responsibilities could include:

  • Designing, developing, and customizing Business Central solutions
  • Working closely with consultants, analyzing customer requirements, and developing the concept to provide them with the best possible software solution
  • Programming independent modules and functional areas to map out your organization’s business processes in detail within Business Central
  • Performing data migrations, version upgrades, or performance optimizations independently

You’ll work for one of Microsoft’s leading Business Central Manufacturing Training Partners in North America.

Although this is a remote role with minimal travel requirements, you’ll be part of a great team environment with a company that’s invested in your growth and professional development, offering additional courses to gain exposure to other software and parts of the business.


Who we’re looking for:


You’ll need the following skills and experience to apply:


  • 3+ years of technical and commercial experience in object-oriented programming or relevant education/degree (with knowledge of Java, Python, and C#)
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with “out-of-the-box” problem-solving skills, strong documentation, and project management abilities
  • Passion for developing new skills on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting and actively listening to stakeholders at all levels to understand their requirements
  • Located in Ontario, GTA preferred


Bonus points if you have:


Worked as a developer in manufacturing or supply chain, providing solutions, and sitting directly with end-users and understanding requirements


We are offering a starting salary of $70,000 CAD per annum with an annual performance-based bonus.


You’ll also receive fully funded training to become a certified Business Central Functional Developer. This covers all costs associated with the MB-820 exam, with your salary rising to $75,000 CAD upon successfully completing the certification.


Other benefits include an extended health care package with great dental, medical, and vision benefits, 5 sick days, as well as 80% of insurance costs covered. You will also receive 3 weeks of paid time off.
