  • Project Coordination:
  • Manage and assign multilingual translation tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality. Ensure translation projects meet the requirements, including accuracy, language style, and cultural adaptation. Communicate with stakeholders to resolve language or delivery-related issues.
  • Quality Control:
  • Oversee and ensure translation content adheres to language quality standards (LQA). Organize regular language training sessions and share industry best practices to enhance the team’s overall capabilities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Regularly analyze team performance (such as KPIs, delivery rates, accuracy) and provide reports to management, offering improvement suggestions. Monitor and optimize workflows and productivity, improving translation tools or processes.
  • Culture and Team Building:
  • Foster team cooperation and cultural integration, creating a positive multilingual work environment. Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and development plans to motivate the team for continuous growth.


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in linguistics, translation, project management, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of team management experience in the translation or language services industry, with preference given to candidates with experience managing multilingual teams in the crypto industry.
  • Familiarity with translation management tools (e.g., CAT tools) and quality assessment processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to issues.
  • English proficiency as the working language.
  • A deep understanding of multicultural work environments, with the ability to effectively facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, able to handle urgent tasks and a fast-paced work environment.
