Overview: The Research Associate will lead and support the planning, implementation, and data analysis of research projects both internally and with external stakeholders (i.e. research partners, institutions etc.). This role will require cross-functional collaboration across multiple divisions of the company and aims to implement evidence-based results to enhance communications, publications and the development of educational content. The research associate will manage project timelines and resources, ensuring that research objectives align with the organization’s strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with research institutions to ensure completion of projects, and seek opportunities for research funding.
  • Develop and oversee the completion of research studies including collecting and analyzing data.
  • Manage of research databases, manage data entry, and ensure data integrity. Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data using statistical software and research methodologies.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of existing literature to inform research projects and support research and product development, medical affairs, and commercial teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders, including academic and industry audiences.
  • Develop and implement research strategies that align with organizational goals and respond to emerging trends in the field.
  • Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences to disseminate knowledge and contribute to the scientific community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, social sciences).
  • 3+ years of related working experience; industry experience is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools.
