Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Schedule patient appointments using electronic medical records systems like Dentrix or Epic
  3. Answer phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel
  4. Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
  5. Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
  6. Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed
  7. Keep the reception area clean and organized

Required Skills

  1. Knowledge of medical terminology
  2. Experience with electronic medical records systems
  3. Proficiency in phone systems and office equipment
  4. Strong customer service skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  1. Previous experience with Health Quest
  2. Understanding of front desk operations in a medical setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Additional Pay:
