The Role;
You'll drive growth by creating and leading innovative discounts and propositions. As a Commercial Propositions Lead, you'll lead ideation and collaboration cross-functionally to execute plans that help shape our sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple workstreams from ideation and testing through to implementation.
- Work from a hopper of ideas as well as adding your own.
- Use a variety of internal and external data sources to validate ideas at the earliest stage.
- Collaborate with research teams to develop testing for more in depth requirements.
- Lead in the development of minimum viable products to gather first-hand insights.
- Coordinate and communicate business requirements to various departments.
- Lead and define go-to-market activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead post-launch evaluations and present findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for tracking progress.
Key Stakeholders:
You'll interact with key stakeholders including the Commercial Director, Finance Partner, Sales Director, Marketing Lead, and Procurement Portfolio Manager.
The person specification:
- Strong experience in value proposition development
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced direct-to-consumer environment
- Knowledge of lean working methodologies preferred
- Experience of design thinking preferred
- Excellent communication and commercial acumen.
- Stakeholder management through effective communication and influence.
- Strong problem-solving skills leveraging commercial acumen.
- Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in proposition development and customer focus.
