We are seeking a highly experienced National PSP Lead to join our team at ViiV Healthcare. Job Summary:

This is a senior field-based role that will lead the development of wholesale distribution strategies for new product launches and act as the primary contact with external vendors to manage wholesaler/distributor set-up, direct account policy, and ongoing channel operations oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage PSP and preferred specialty pharmacy vendor relationships to ensure key performance metrics (KPIs) are met.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training and education to field staff on PSP services and facilitate education of HCPs regarding program offerings.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to build data collection platforms and analytical reports to provide real-time market insights and payer-specific reporting tools.
  • Identify and address training, performance, and competency needs of vendor partners to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Commercial partners to create patient services brand concepts and value propositions through market research and service-branded education.
  • Ensure all patient services and specialty pharmacy services are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and guidance.
  • Provide strategic and tactical input to continuous improvement processes and development.
  • Stay abreast of changing market conditions and product portfolios to ensure PSP and channel delivery services reflect actual business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of PSP experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong executive presence to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize with minimal daily instruction.
  • Previous experience in launching and operationalizing PSPs.
  • Outstanding customer relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to determine trends and inform strategy.
  • Knowledge and experience with specialty pharmaceutical distribution, including PPNs.
  • Knowledge and experience with Canadian payer landscape and reimbursement navigation.
  • Experience implementing change strategy and helping teams navigate change.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Passionate about patient care and highly customer-centric.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across a matrix organization.
  • Ability to think strategically to improve current processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent career experience in life sciences, medicine, or clinical research.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • French language ability.
