Le rôle de QA Lead est responsable d'appliquer la stratégie de test globale et le plan de test pour l'implémentation des projets. Il est responsable, pour un projet donné, d'appliquer les meilleures pratiques et techniques de test définies. En plus de superviser les activités de test, il examine, développe et fait des recommandations pour améliorer continuellement les processus de QA en respectant les meilleures pratiques.

Responsabilités
- Définir la stratégie de test globale pour une implémentation client donnée
- Travailler avec les parties prenantes pour définir le plan de test et l'exécution des tests
- Participer à la préparation et à la présentation de la stratégie de test QA aux clients
- Point de contact pour le client concernant la stratégie de test
- Organiser des réunions avec le client pour examiner la stratégie de test, les grilles de test, etc.
- Fournir des rapports de statut sur les progrès de QA, au chef de projet et au client
- Développer des lignes directrices sur les meilleures pratiques concernant la couverture des tests
- Établir les processus et outils les plus efficaces pour tester la solution
- Développer et suivre les métriques d'assurance qualité
- Coordonner les activités liées aux tests de performance pour toutes les implémentations clients
Compétences requises
- Avoir une formation universitaire dans l'un des domaines suivants : informatique, sciences actuarielle ou mathématiques, ingénierie, affaires ou tout domaine pertinent
- Minimum de 8 à 12 ans d'expérience en assurance qualité et minimum de 3 ans en tant que QA Lead
- Excellente connaissance des processus d'assurance qualité
- Compétences analytiques et en gestion de projet excellentes
- Expérience dans la création de stratégies et plans de test pour des projets majeurs
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français
- Disponible pour voyager (Canada et États-Unis)
