- Maintain project workspaces in SharePoint, Content Server, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage documentation, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.
- Create and maintain project trackers and team calendars.
- Provide onboarding support and internal communication management.
- Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and RAID logs.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and processes.
- Prepare project status reports and support resource utilization management.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage project financials in ServiceNow, including invoicing and financial reporting.
- Monitor and report on project spending and financial health.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Minimum three years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in IT or enterprise-wide system implementations.
- Experience in project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced skills in SharePoint.
- Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project or ServiceNow PPM.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience with RAID logs and status reporting.
- Ability to assist in change management processes and manage project documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
