Responsibilities:
  • Maintain project workspaces in SharePoint, Content Server, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage documentation, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.
  • Create and maintain project trackers and team calendars.
  • Provide onboarding support and internal communication management.
  • Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and RAID logs.
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards and processes.
  • Prepare project status reports and support resource utilization management.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Manage project financials in ServiceNow, including invoicing and financial reporting.
  • Monitor and report on project spending and financial health.
Qualifications:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Minimum three years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in IT or enterprise-wide system implementations.
  • Experience in project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced skills in SharePoint.
  • Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project or ServiceNow PPM.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience with RAID logs and status reporting.
  • Ability to assist in change management processes and manage project documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
