Our client, a renowned leader in providing solutions for highly regulated industries, has earned a strong reputation for excellence and innovation. Partnering with Charles Warren, Senior Recruitment Consultant at Lock Search Group, they are on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Program Manager/Director to drive a pivotal program within their organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading complex, high-stakes projects. Based in Toronto, Ontario, the role offers the chance to play a key role in groundbreaking initiatives within the Nuclear sector, making a significant impact on the industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the success of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in program development, documentation, and execution.
  • Manage contract negotiations, program scope, schedules, and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct program reviews, manage risk, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Facilitate open communication channels across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure program plans are maintained and executed effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain program performance throughout its life cycle.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field)
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Aerospace or Nuclear Manufacturing Program/Project Management.
  • Proven leadership in managing large, complex programs and teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in contract management, vendor relations, and on-site audits.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
