The client we are recruiting for is in the Life Insurance and Financial services industry. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, and will act as the point of contact between clients and sometimes various departments. They will have an ability to prioritize tasks, be resourceful, collaborative and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide adhoc support by: assisting advisor with insurance renewals, ensuring client documentation is up-to-date and compliant, etc.
  • Responding to client inquiries, developing relationship with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction through collaborative problem-solving.
  • Manage team's communication channels and social media.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Financial services or Insurance industry.
  • Administrative experience in financial services.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Excellent client-service and communication skills.
  • Wealth management experience.

Preferred

  • LLQP (life insurance)
  • IIROC (invesment representative license)
