We're searching for a highly self-disciplined sales professional for an outside sales role in the GTA. This unique position requires a genuine "hunter" mentality to build a territory from the ground up combined with the organizational and detailed skills necessary for effective account management.The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle , which includes 100% business development and then managing, growing, and upselling to those established accounts. This is a role that demands a willingness to wear multiple hats and handle all issues (including back orders, customer service, and sourcing products) in the end to end sales cycle process. The position offers a $70,000 base salary , a $920 monthly car allowance , and 100% company-paid benefits . We are seeking a dedicated hunter with a minimum of three years of distribution experience who possesses the humility and skill set to manage their own full sales cycle and service accounts end-to-end . The multi-stage hiring process includes an initial pre-screen, a behavioral assessment, and interviews with the Sales Manager and VPs .
