About the Role:Join our team at Royal Metro College as a Marketing & Student Recruitment Coordinator You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of local marketing and student recruitment strategies at Royal Metro College. Your focus will be on promoting our programs within the local English-speaking community, engaging with prospective students, and supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys both marketing and student engagement.Key Responsibilities: Promote RMC programs and act as an ambassador to prospective local students. Support the Admissions Team by advising English-speaking candidates interested in enrolling. Participate in recruitment events: open houses, school visits, career fairs, and virtual workshops. Assist in planning and executing marketing and recruitment campaigns targeting the domestic market. Manage marketing materials and maintain inventory. Track and report on marketing and recruitment activities. Create engaging, on-brand content for social media, email, and website. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize marketing initiatives.Qualifications & Skills: Education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field, or hands-on experience in marketing or student services. Experience in marketing, social media management, or student engagement is an asset. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, email marketing tools.
