This individual will manage reporting, administration, and vendor collaboration, ensuring that processes are executed and closed effectively. The role requires a seasoned professional who thrives in ambiguity, adapts to ad-hoc tasks, and is comfortable working across time zones with global stakeholders. Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor multiple data, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives under the ship digitalization program- Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and track deliverables across 20 projects (ranging from 1 week to multiyear)- Partner with professional services firms to ensure deliverables are aligned and processes completed- Oversee and integrate cybersecurity considerations into Data & AI projects- Accommodate meetings and deadlines across time zonesmeetings and deadlines across time zones Required Skills & Experience - 8-10 years of IT project management experience, preferably in large enterprise environments.- Strong background in Data & AI initiatives; familiarity with cybersecurity practices.- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and ad-hoc tasks.- Proven ability to work with external vendors and professional services firms.- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
