This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain critical IT infrastructure for a 24x7 energy trading environment.Administer and configure Windows servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft IIS.Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell for system administration tasks.Support cybersecurity operations and evolving security procedures.Collaborate with an 11-person infrastructure team to deliver high-quality solutions.Required Qualifications1+ years of experience in each of the following:On-Prem AdministrationManaging and configuring Windows serversManaging Microsoft Active Directory and Group PolicyManaging and configuring Microsoft IISWriting PowerShell scripts for automationCloud AdministrationManaging Azure Entra ID, including conditional access, identity governance, and basic RBAC administrationMonitoring and operational support using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and AlertsStrong attention to detail and commitment to testing before implementing changesPassion for system administration, cloud computing, and infrastructureAbility to work under pressure with small outage windowsPreferred QualificationsPost-secondary degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExposure to networking, firewalls, and security monitoring toolsExperience with:Windows clustering, Windows ServicesAdministering and supporting Azure IaaS workloads (VMs, networking, storage) within an enterprise Landing Zone, M365, Entra ID, Copilot, IntuneSupporting Azure SaaS services such as Microsoft 365 integrations, Azure App Services, and related platform configurationsWorking with Azure resource deployment tools such as Bicep and Terraform, including updating modules and performing controlled deploymentsITIL processes (incident, change, problem, capacity, release management)Networking principles (switches, routers, SAN storage networks, load balancers)Physical data center operations (racking, cabling, UPS, HVAC)
