Contract: High Probability of ExtensionOnsite: 2 - 3 Days Per/week - Vancouver, BCJOB DESCRIPTIONThe IT Project Manager will coordinate, track, and drive progress across approximately 18 active projects in the Data & AI portfolio, while also supporting cybersecurity initiatives. This individual will manage reporting, administration, and vendor collaboration, ensuring that processes are executed and closed effectively. The role requires a seasoned professional who thrives in ambiguity, adapts to ad-hoc tasks, and is comfortable working across time zones with global stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor multiple data, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives under the ship digitalization program - Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and track deliverables across 20 projects (ranging from 1 week to multi year) - Partner with professional services firms to ensure deliverables are aligned and processes completed - Oversee and integrate cybersecurity considerations into Data & AI projects - Accommodate meetings and deadlines across time zones REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 8-10 years of IT project managementcurrent experience, preferably in large enterprise environments.- Strong background in Data & AI initiatives; familiarity with cybersecurity practices.- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and ad-hoc tasks.- Proven ability to work with external vendors and professional services firms.- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects siDo mountainously.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
