The OpportunityThe company is seeking a hands-on, business-minded Chief Technology Officer to shape and scale its global technology organization. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and strategy, with full accountability for how technology enables growth, reliability, and customer trust.As a member of the executive leadership team, the CTO will translate business objectives into a clear technical vision, build durable platforms that scale globally, and ensure engineering execution keeps pace with commercial ambition.What You Will OwnSet the long-term technical direction of the company, ensuring architecture, tooling, and platforms support scale, security, and speedLead globally distributed engineering, platform, and DevOps teams with a strong focus on execution, quality, and accountabilityDrive platform evolution across data, AI, and enterprise SaaS capabilities, balancing innovation with operational stabilityEnsure cloud infrastructure, security posture, and compliance standards meet the expectations of enterprise customers across regionsEstablish pragmatic development standards, delivery discipline, and operating rhythms that support rapid growthAct as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and Operations to align roadmap priorities with customer and market needsRepresent technology leadership in executive forums, board discussions, and external partnershipsBuild and sustain a high-performance engineering culture that attracts, develops, and retains top technical talentWhat We're Looking ForSenior technology leadership experience (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent) within a global SaaS or enterprise software environmentStrong architectural and cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a deep understanding of modern SaaS platformsProven ability to scale engineering organizations and deliver complex, customer-critical systemsExperience operating in regulated, enterprise environments with evolving regional compliance requirementsFinancial and operational acumen, including ownership of technology budgets and cloud vendor relationshipsA strategic thinker who can move seamlessly between high-level vision and hands-on executionDemonstrated success leading teams across geographies and time zonesDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA considered an assetLeadership ProfileThis role requires a CTO who combines technical credibility with business judgment - someone who can set direction, make decisive trade-offs, and lead through influence as well as execution. A strong bias toward customer impact, integrity, and sustainable growth is essential.
