Quel est le travail ?

1. Soyez propriétaire du test de non-régression binaire Murex. Nous nous attendons à ce que l'analyste travaille avec l'équipe d'assurance qualité et enquête sur toute divergence trouvée dans le processus d'automatisation dans les modules ci-dessous :

  • Lot de chargeurs liés à l'analyseur de données de la Trésorerie, comme le coût des fonds
  • Processus de roulement de trésorerie

2. Analyser les écarts de flux de trésorerie dans le livebook avec lequel nous avons construit l'échelle de trésorerie pour l'équipe de trésorerie

3. Soutenir le maintien du statu quo ou un nouveau projet sur le module PLVAR des produits FICC et EQD en :

  • Reproduire les résultats PLVAR de chaque facteur de risque (effet)
  • Création d'une nouvelle extraction ou d'un nouveau chargeur de Murex sur PLVAR
  • Aider les entreprises à enquêter sur tout problème lié aux résultats PLVAR
  • Travailler avec l'équipe informatique downtreams lorsqu'il y a des problèmes de qualité des données dans les rapports
  • À l'aise dans la manipulation de la requête de base de données avec SQL dans l'analyse des données dans la base de données Sybase de Murex
4. Travailler sur la soumission totem sur tout nouveau déploiement de produit ou enquêter sur le problème de BAU trouvé dans la soumission existante de Totem
  • Fournir une cartographie des prix entre le modèle de soumission de Totem et le champ Murex e-tradepad
  • Travaillez avec le développeur Java senior et le fournisseur Murex pour valider / déboguer tout problème de tarification de l'API dans Murex
  • La connaissance de la règle pré-échange est un plus

5. Nous apprécions d'excellentes compétences en communication dans la rédaction et dans la direction de réunions ; nous sommes confrontés à des utilisateurs multi-bureaux tels que la trésorerie, le contrôle des produits, tous les bureaux FO, MO, le support IT PRD, l'équipe de l'environnement informatique, etc.

Our client, is seeking a Murex Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-14 years of Murex experience.

Job Title: Murex Business Analyst
Location: Montreal, QC (hybrid 1-2 days in office)
Pay Range: 100-125K (6 month contract, which converts to permanency)
Languages: English and French required


What's the Job?

1. Be owner of the Murex binary non regression testing. We expect the analyst to work with the QA team and investigate any discrepancies found in the automation process in below modules:

  • Batch of feeder related to Treasury datamart such as cost of funds
  • Cash roll over process

2. Analyze cash flow discrepancy in the livebook with which we built the cash ladder for treasury team

3. Support BAU or new project on the PLVAR module of FICC and EQD products by:

  • Replicating the PLVAR results of each risk factors (effect)
  • Creating a new extraction or feeder of Murex on PLVAR
  • Helping business to investigate any issue related to PLVAR results
  • Working with downtreams IT team when there are data quality issues in the reporting
  • At ease in manipulating database query with SQL in analyzing data in Sybase database of Murex

4. Work on Totem submission on any new product deployment or investigate BAU issue found in the existing Totem's submission

  • Provide pricing mapping between Totem's submission template and the Murex e-tradepad field
  • Work with senior Java developer and Murex vendor to validate/debug any API pricing issue in Murex
  • Knowledge in pre-trade rule is a plus

5. We value excellent communication skill in writing and in leading meetings; we are facing multi desk users such as treasury, product control, all FO desk, MO, IT PRD support, IT environment team, etc.

6. Other qualities: rigorous in documenting the business request in Jira ticket and the solution deployed, get things done with the follow up and escalating any blocker, sharing the knowledge using the share platform such as the confluence page, seek for the automation opportunities and minimize the manual process.
