Your new companyOur client is a leading microelectronics manufacturing and engineering firm founded in 1987 specializing in the miniaturization, design and manufacture of custom microelectronic circuits.Your new roleWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team for a permanent full-time position. Process Lead reports to the Process Lead Manager. The functions are as follows:Implement and monitor processesValidate products and processesImprove and enhance processesReduce process costSelect and commission equipmentPerform equipment maintenanceTrain operators (process specific)Evaluate product reliability riskAnd all other related tasks.What you'll need to succeedEducational level: University or College level completed (DEC electrical or mechanical)Experience related to the job offer: Experience in robotics, automation and mechanics for microelectronics component manufacturing, SMT, NASA 8739.6, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001.Description of qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in process and/ or manufacturing of microelectronic componentsExperience in automation and mechanicsExperience in pick & place, SMTProgramming and software capabilityMicroelectronics materials and thermal experienceAbility to work with little supervision and to follow several processes.Excellent communication and problem-solvingWhat you'll get in returnAttractive salary and benefits
