**What is the position ?**

**Vos responsabilités**
- Operate and monitor an automated machine for insertion of electronic components using the surface mount technology (SMT) ;
- Load and validate positioning of the feeders to ensure proper feeding of the machine according to the selected program ;
- Feed the machine with printed circuit boards, and monitor production flow ;
- Analyze printing non-conformances and initiate proper corrective actions ;
- Detect malfunctions related to products and production tools, and initiate corrective actions ;
- Perform simple maintenance tasks ;
- Perform other related tasks.

**What do you need to get the job ?**
- Experience as machine operator ;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, ability to read serigraphy on PCB ;
- Ability to run the computerized command of the machine ;
- Knowledge and respect of acceptability standards currently in place ;
- Knowledge of electronic parts, including orientation, polarisation and component values ;
- Knowledge of material and products used and ability to select them according to the process used (RoHS or not) ;
- Basic knowledge of electrostatic discharge (ESD) ;
- Interest and ability to use computers ;
- Autonomous and flexible ;
- French and/or English, written and spoken.

- Knowledge of the IPC-610 standard ;
- Knowledge of procedures and inspection techniques.

**Work conditions**
- Permanent full time ;
- 40 hours per week ;
- Schedule Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m
