You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and reliability in IT operations.Your New RoleAs a Service Desk L1 Specialist, you will provide first-level technical support to end-users. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up laptops, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees.
