Your New Role As a Service Desk L1 Specialist , you will provide first-level technical support to end-users. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up laptops, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, delivering timely and professional assistance. What You’ll Need to Succeed 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts. Hands-on experience with laptop setup, imaging, and peripheral configuration. Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management. Basic understanding of ITIL principles.
