MILOS TORONTO INC. is seeking a Restaurant Manager.Workplace: 330 Bay Street, Toronto, ON, M5H 2S8, Canada.Roles and responsibilites:- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant and help develop the kitchen teams to grow MILOS Toronto in the future.- Determine type of services to be offered as new menu items and optimizes current offerings for quality, plans budgets, etc. and implement operational procedures for the teams.- Recruit staff, oversee staff training and their work schedules.- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.- Occasionally, assist the chef and sous-chef in the kitchen on busy days.- Other related tasks.Expected start date : 2025-11-02Permanent positionAnnual Salary : $120 000 Canadian dollars.Working hours: 44 hours a week.Vacation : 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, i.e. the equivalent of 4% of annual salary.Social Benefits :- Dental insurance.- Eye care.- Extended medical insurance.- Uniform supplied.Working language : English is required.Required skills:-10 years of experience in the restaurant industry within a Greek gourmet restaurant or in Mediterranean gourmet restaurant, including several years of experience supervising a kitchen team, is required.To apply, please send your resume to the following email address:
